Incredible, incredible service from top to bottom. The people there are just wonderful, especially Al, the owner - who I had the pleasure of personally dealing with on one occasion. It's really amazing to have such an important figure at the company pay personal attention to *my* wedding and ensure everything went well... that's just... I really can't compare that experience to anything else as someone who has been shopping in-store and online for the better part of 30 years.
The products are incredible, I did not try them personally, but my husband and his groomsmen / wedding party all raved about how the tuxes looked and felt beyond their expectations based on the low price they paid / we paid.
Again, I'm not super familliar with tuxedos or anything, but I know good customer service when I see it, and this company proved to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy.... and can I say COMPASSIONATE? When I was freaking out about to have a nervous breakdown, it was this company who really brought me back down and said it would all be fine. (I was really stressed my husband decided to rent online... but then it turned out to be one of the best choices for our wedding!)

Awesome. So these guys are way cheaper than renting in a store and online other places - I didn't order here for myself, but I had to order here for my best friend who was in my wedding and could not be fit by the other online rental company we chose for the rest of our party (we didn't realize this until we were fully committed). This company was able to do it for significantly less! he looked good!
I used National tuxedo rentals for my wedding, which included 5 people and myself for a total of 6. Everything looked amazing!
