Incredible, incredible service from top to bottom. The people there are just wonderful, especially Al, the owner - who I had the pleasure of personally dealing with on one occasion. It's really amazing to have such an important figure at the company pay personal attention to *my* wedding and ensure everything went well... that's just... I really can't compare that experience to anything else as someone who has been shopping in-store and online for the better part of 30 years.

The products are incredible, I did not try them personally, but my husband and his groomsmen / wedding party all raved about how the tuxes looked and felt beyond their expectations based on the low price they paid / we paid.

Again, I'm not super familliar with tuxedos or anything, but I know good customer service when I see it, and this company proved to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy.... and can I say COMPASSIONATE? When I was freaking out about to have a nervous breakdown, it was this company who really brought me back down and said it would all be fine. (I was really stressed my husband decided to rent online... but then it turned out to be one of the best choices for our wedding!)

They don't have any, which I think is great.... affiliate links are spammy as hell and lead to clickbait articles that are unfairly biased towards the product because the author is financially incentivised to say nice things about products so readers click the affiliate link and buy them, earning the author a buck.

I guess national tuxedo rentals doesn't need to do that bcause there is not a single afffiliate program mention on their website. You can even google "national tuxedo rentals affiliate program" and see for yourself. They don't engage in those. so i guess if anything is saying anything about the company on the internet, you'll know their not being comissioned for every tux sold :)

Awesome, I needed to call and I found their number on our order confirmation email But also I know they have a chat feature on their site so you can just talk to someone right away without calling. But everything you can want, phone number, email, address, webchat, it's all available on any page of their website. National Tuxedo Rentals delivers your items 7-10 days before your event, according to their website. However, in my experience, my husband received his items 2 weeks before our wedding. (See "Step 3" on this page: nationaltuxedorentals.com/rent-a-tuxedo )

They also offer rental extensions ( https://knoji.com/analytics/7Jn6u ) to either have your items delivered early, or to keep your items longer. I was considering doing this until their support rep reminded me that they only take an order when there's enough time to guarantee an exchange will arrive in time.

I can speak to this personally, because my husband ended up buying his tux. The rates are reasonable, in fact, it worked out so that the cost of owning the tux was only about $100 more than the cost to rent a similar look at a major warehouse chain for men.

The way it works is that you rent your tux, and they'll send a pricelist with your items. If you like them enough to buy, you already know how much you need to pay. You just visit the website, enter your order number, and select which items you want to keep. After that, you just pay and send back what you didn't buy.

It's really easy and we are glad we kept his wedding tux, hopefully he still fits into it on our anniversary! We have big plans!

Everyone else in our group qualified for their $60-off discount promotion, which is still ongoing as of July 2019 - And I spoke to one of their reps back in February when we were first planning, and they told me that the deal would be available through at least the end of December 2019. That was a while ago though so I dont know if plans have changed and I don't have a source I can link to for it. But that is what I was told!

And we kind of didn't believe it, so we checked around. I think generation tuxedo had maybe the closest prices, or so we thought. When we compared pricing, we found what national tuxedo rentals was saying was true: that other companies advertise a low price, but that's just the price you pay for the jacket and pants. At NTR, the price they advertise is the price for the whole tux and accessories. And that's a really low price. $69 - $119. There are optional upgrades that can make the price go up but you generally don't need them.

If you register your group, you will lock in their sale pricing forever. So if the price ever goes up, you keep the price you saw when you signed up and you can pay that price whenever you want. This company is apparently made up of real people who really care. I spoke personally with the owner of the company, Al, who was extremely compassionate regarding my concerns and said he would PERSONALLY ensure my whole party was in good shape, which was so reassuring. And any company that makes themselves available through chat and phone to answer questions any time must stand by their work.

National Tuxedo Rentals is by far the best priced tuxedo rental company based on our own rigorous personal search. I was a real stickler for the details, I barely wanted my husband to rent online but he insisted. This company was priced way better than the others, which made me nervous... but that changed as soon as I dealt with their customer service. everything was great!

So anyway, there is no point in matching prices when they already had the best, lowest prices.

They have a great try on policy, it cost my husband about $15 to try on his items at home. Other companies said they offered a "free" home tryon but that isn't really true, they actually make you let them hold onto $100-$200 of your money while you try it on. Really? You are going to hold my money hostage?

That's why we liked NTR, they let us just try it on for a low price we didn't mind ponying up, I mean what $15? That's probably what it cost to ship the stuff. So that's fair enough for us. At least they trust us to send it back instead of holding our money hostage. Way to go National Tuxedos!

Hands-down the best-priced option by far.
